I'd tried another fairly expensive matcha but this one is much better. It smells delicious, not fishy like the other one but more like dark chocolate, and I like it that it's a combination of first and second harvests because there are supposed to be health benefits to both types. Really happy with this.

Really good matcha. But for my strong matcha lovers it is a bit too soft. Add more or buy a a stronger matcha

This matcha from Moyamatcha isn't authentic tradinional grade but daily grade. I have had their matcha directly from the online store, and this one I can say is the third grade culinary daily matcha as it sinks to the bottom the moment I take the whisker out and the color isn't bright neither.This is simply a shame fooling people like that ,but what goes aroud comes around....

Da mesi volevo comprare del the matcha per avere un alternativa al caffè. Ho optato per questo perché ho letto che la qualità cerimoniale è la migliore. Lo sto bevendo or ora con latte di avena ed è.. MAGNIFICO!!!! Lo consiglio e lo ricompreró!! La scatolina di cartone contiene una bustina con dentro il the, ho tagliato via una linguetta e la si può riporre e tenere esposta, è molto bella sul ripiano tra i the e i caffè!!! 10/10 Gusto squisito, non ho nemmeno aggiunto zucchero o miele!!!

This is the first matcha tea I have tried; I liked that it is organic and from the blurb is the genuine thing. One customer also asked about radiation levels in the soil where it is grown which I hadn't thought about, but Moya replied with the proper information and references. I found that impressive.Bare in mind it is only 30g but I didn't know how rich the flavour is, so that's not a big deal. You get what you pay for most of the time! I tried it according to the instructions first time, 1 tsp in 100ml of 80c water. It was very pleasant, even creamy with a slight powdery aftertaste. You can practically taste the green goodness. The powder is velvety and it probably does need a frother to dissolve properly in the water or you might end up with little green bits at the bottom of the cup. The frother actually seems to make it creamier in fact.It doesn't have the slightly bitter aftertaste that sencha or regular green tea has, which I think will convert me to matcha from now on.Second time I tried it, I decided to get more bang for my buck. I dissolved a tsp in an average sized mug- maybe 300-350ml- and it tasted just as good! Colour is just as vibrant and slightly less powdery aftertaste. Now I can enjoy one serving for longer. It is quite soothing and calming and if you like green tea this is just gorgeous and feels special to drink.

Très bon matcha .Goût Très doux,pas d'amertume en latte.Bon goût de matcha.Très jolie couleur.Après plusieurs essais avec d'autres marques,je compte bien continuer avec celui ci que je recommande à 100%

Makes a good latte. Best I've found so far in the UK, others have been bitter fishy filth. So expensive though, definitely a poncey tax on it in the UK, it's a cheap staple in Japan.
