Thank you for providing great Bottarga product. As a child, my dad used to buy Bottarga from Egypt and Lebanon and I was the odd one in the family to have liked it since it is outstandingly sharp and bitter. But adding lots olive oil and plenty of garlic slices made me fall in love. Now, 40 years later, I am glad I found a seller with reasonable to fair pricing.

Prodotto di nicchia, la confezione si presenta molto bene degna del prodotto di qualità che racchiude, prima confezione in plastica sottovuoto, astuccio in cartoncino spesso con chiusura a cassetto ben rifinito. Sapore intenso ma allo stesso tempo delicato perfetto su primi piatti a base di pesce o da utilizzare a crudo tagliato a scaglie sottili con il sedano. Prezzo interessante sia per la quantità che per la qualità davvero alta del prodotto.Complimenti!!

Même si, cette année 2022-2023, c'est un produit phare d'Objectif Top chef, et peut-être Top chef, cela ne vaut pas son prix ! En tout cas pour assaisonnement de pâtes poutargue !Je préfère de la truffe pour le prix !
