These were a perfect replacement genuine part for the Shimano Altus M310. Replacing the worn out originals with new ones resulted in a sharper and quieter shifting. TIP - before you take the old gears off the derailleur, make a note of their FRONT face, so you can install the new ones the right way round because the gears are not the same on both sides! Overall happy with the purchase, Shimano could further improve this kit if they included a new set of bolts in the pack also, (as one reason why some people may be buying these components if the bolt came loose and dropped out during a ride resulting in their loss.) If it's a straight swap though you can simply reuse the existing bolts that came with the derailleur. At £8.99 from Amazon this was a good price but don't pay more than £10 as a brand new M310 derailleur is £18 on sale! Regards wear and tear, based on observation of the originals I estimate these plastic pulleys will last for about 2k miles before getting worn down again. Hope this helps.

滅多に使わないけどインナーローにした時チェーンがバタバタするようになってなってしまい自転車屋さんで見てもらったらプーリーが摩耗してると言われたので交換しました。純正品だけあって交換後はトラブル無しです。
