Very comfortable! I bought a large for neck circumference of 38, works perfectly! Not too tight but still does it’s job! I thought I’d have to give up winter swims in the salt but this product changed that! Extremely happy! I suffered from terrible chaffing and would have a huge painful abrasion on my neck post swim no matter what anti chaffing product I tried.

This is a good product with a horrible presentation on the Amazon web site - there is no size info on the web site and the product came as XS (extra small)! My adult sized male neck needs a large, and the packaging indicates that this is available, but there is no way to specify size when ordering. -1 rating for Amazon. Also, the material is NOT neoprene - it is silicone. While this is not a bad thing for this product, again Amazon gets a -1 for misleading information. I'm sure that they will blame this on the marketplace seller, but it is up to Amazon to vet this information for a good customer experience.
