I really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to make things right.So far, the new pair feels just as warm and comfortable, and I’ll be extra careful with washing them this time to see if they last longer. It’s great to see a company that stands behind their products!*These were great for the first week - warm, soft, and the grippers work well. But with heavy use, they flattened out quickly and started feeling worn. If you have large feet, they also fit quite tight. I tried cold washing them, but unfortunately, that ruined the inside lining, making them uncomfortable to wear.Pros:Warm & soft – Cozy at first.Non-slip grippers – Work well on hard floors.Cons:Wears out fast – Goes flat with heavy use.Tight fit – Not ideal for large feet.Not machine washable – Cold wash destroyed the lining.Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for short-term cosy slipper socks, these are fine, but don’t expect long-lasting durability. Hand-washing might help them last longer, but for frequent wear, I’d look for a more durable pair.*
