De bankdrukken Slingshot is een geweldig hulpmiddel voor krachttriatleten die hun resultaten bij het bankdrukken willen verbeteren. De slingshot verhoogt de prestaties met 10 - 15%.
Als je serieus bent over de bankpers en de krachttraining en de toppen wilt bereiken, heb je de beste uitrusting nodig. Hier worden de elleboog-slingshots gebruikt, die helpen om het gewricht te beschermen door voldoende warmte en extra stabilisatie te bieden.

Hoe werkt een slinghot?
Als je een gewicht op de borst legt, rekt de slingshot uit als een veer. Bij de opwaartse beweging wordt de opgehoopte kinetische energie vrijgegeven zoals in een veer, waardoor de prestaties worden verbeterd.

Das REM ist sehr angenehm beim Training. Es ist 140kg + ausgelegt, was ich noch testen muss, aber dazu kommt es mir etwas zu weich vor.

I developed bicep tendonitis, likely brought on by poor form during lifting. I wanted a slingshot to not only help with my lifts, but also help safe guard against further injury.Initially I purchased a cheap slingshot, which I used for about 6 months. It was certainly decent for the price, but after trying the official Mark Bell slingshots I wanted something of a similar quality without costing an arm and a leg. After searching through numerous reviews, I went for the Muscleforge black version, which might be overkill for my current 120kg lifts, but it has made a noticeable difference and certainly helped me make gains. I usually start using it once I hit 100kg, and it not only assists with my pressing, but importantly helps me maintain good form.I have used this product now for 5 months, it's very much a step up from my previous slingshot, it's substantial, of decent quality and I would certainly recommend it.

Se nella programmazione classica da powerlifting usate questa banda con intelligenza si acquisisce sicurezza e un aumento del carico, non consiglio per i meno esperti, bisogna sapere cosa si sta facendo, e non é perché c’e scritto che regge fino a “x” kg allora potete caricare sul bilanciere quei kg perché potreste infortunarvi quindi usatela con cautela
