I have used weight belts like this over the years but never ones as comfortable as this. This weight belt has plenty of padding and easily secures with the two clips. It is extremally secure. I am not worried about this giving way during a work out. I would highly recommend this belt.

A well made belt that's adjustable to fit most body sizes. The chains are very strong and held onto the belt securely.Carabiner can be positioned up or down the chain to alter the length, accommodating for larger weight disks, if required.Comfortable to wear, it doesn't dig in but puts the weight evenly around your hips. Works for lunges and pull-ups very well.

Le caratteristiche che secondo me rendono valida una cintura per zavorre sono poche : la qualità costruttiva e dei materiali e il livello di confort della vestibilità .Questa è fatta decisamente bene , è talmente robusta da reggere fino a 240 kg e sembra costruita per durare .La cintura è in neoprene , le cuciture sono molto spesse e robuste . Non è particolarmente rigida , aderisce perfettamente alla forma della schiena e distribuisce il peso correttamente .L'interno sembra avere una leggerissima imbottitura , quanto basta per non essere scomoda . Non scivola neanche se si è sudati , non graffia e non irrita la pelle .La misura è adatta a qualsiasi stazza , la cintura è lunga 90 cm .La catena invece è lunga 80 cm e si desidera cambiare l' altezza dei dischi basta semplicemente fissare i moschettoni ad un altro anello della catena .La trovo comoda sia per i dip che per i pull up , in entrambi gli esercizi è stabile e non slitta .

Lo uso regularmente en mi entrenamiento en el gimnasio para hacer ejercicios de suspensión como pull-ups y dips, y realmente ha elevado mi rutina de ejercicios al siguiente nivel.La calidad del cinturón es buena, la fuerte cadena y los mosquetones me dan la confianza de que puedo cargar bastante peso sin preocupaciones. Además, el material de neopreno es cómodo y no causa irritaciones ni moretones en mi cuerpo, lo que me permite concentrarme completamente en mis ejercicios.Los resultados también son notables. Con el cinturón de carga adicional, voy notando el incremento de la fuerza en algunos de los ejercicios que realizo.
