Firstly, it did seem a litttle odd to offer one black and one chrome overflow. I fitted the black one upstairs and the chrome one downstairs. I must say that unless you have a black or solid gold sink, the black one just does not look right. (Ours are white).However, my reason for sending them back was that one of them arrived with a broken plastic retainer and the item just fell straight back out of its hole. Amazon refunded the money very quickly - thanks for that.Think I'll just order stainless steel ones this time!
