In my opinion, these are the best nail clippers on the market for any size animal. I take the guard off and use them on German shepherds with ginormous black nails. I also use them on small Chihuahuas. This brand is notorious used by breeders and vets but for some reason this specific size. And type although they’re not the most expensive they seem to be the best of all they never get tall. They’re super sharp. You have to be careful. I don’t use any other clippers. I bought the other Miller’s Forge guillotine style and large breed ones. They all work well but these hit the sweet spot for any size animal and are easy to use light in your hand. I really love them.
