After seeing this recommended on the r/buyitforlife subreddit, I decided to try it since I kept dropping my old bottles and they’d always break. This one seems indestructible so far! The quality is fantastic, and it’s held up to everything I’ve put it through. It’s also dishwasher safe, so that’s a huge bonus.I did buy the sipper insert separately, which I’d recommend for easier drinking. Definitely worth factoring that into the cost. Overall, I can’t argue with the price for something this durable. Just wish I’d made the switch sooner!

Good bottle for hiking, very light

For those wanting a Nalgene bottle but need to shave a few grams this is a good option. Be aware that it is softer & can’t handle as hot as tritan but it can still handle hot enough. This is my EDC bottle that I nest in a titanium cup. The 2 combined weigh similar to a regular tritan Nalgene. Would be even better if the lid was matching white I think. Oh & it’s about 5mm shorter than tritan Nalgene

I got this Nalgene bottle in 2018, and it is still going strong to this day. The HDPE plastic is flexible and very durable, so it's unlikely to get damaged by falls or getting crushed. If you know what to expect, you won't be disappointed. Nalgene is still putting out the same quality durable water bottles that they have been since they started.
