I love this water bottle. I'm a smaller person, so I love the fact that I can tighten the belt and not have the strings get in the way. I was concerned that the water bottles were going to be difficult to get in and out of the holders, however, it was really easy! I was pleasantly surprised. The one change I will most likely make is buying different tops for my water bottles. I would prefer not to push/pull the top to open/close it. I like the ones you squeeze.The pocket that this has is not big enough to fit my Iphone 5, however, it is large enough to fit an energy gel packet and some chapstick. Not too much else. Other than that, I really enjoy the product and am very pleased.

I bought this for my long (10+ miles) runs - I'm training for a marathon. It might have been my body shape, but I couldn't find a comfortable spot for this: on my hips it bounced like crazy, on my waist it stayed put but made it hard to breath.I wanted this model because it had the largest bottles (I tend to sweat and drink a lot during runs), but it turned out to be too heavy to be convenient.Okay, not for the good things: it's good quality, the bottles stay put just fine, don't leak, and are easy to get in and out. Also, the water/gatorade I had in these always tasted fine, no funny plastic aftertaste.

On my long runs, it is nice to have 3 larger bottles. Nice tops on bottles. They do not leak, easy to pull out and use on the run.What the belt needs is a divider in the single pouch or even small extra area in the front of the belt, where I can put cash and my ID.On long runs, it is important to be able to take a few incidentals that are needed in running many miles.The pouch even though large, is only 1 pocket, so all things are in it together. While running I don't want to have to stop to pull out my inhaler, Kleenex, gum or GU. But I have had to stop running, as I reach in and pull out the item I want, the other items tend to fall out. It would not be good to have lost my ID or even my cash, while I pulled out my inhaler.

Bought this to replace a worn out Nathan 4 bottle belt. I'm a small person- 4'11" 105 lbs - I like to wear the belt on my hips, but I couldnt get this to not bounce with full bottles, unless I cinched it tight around my waist, and then it interfered with my breathing running uphill. I had to send it back- went to my local running store to try belts on and ended up going with the Nathan speed 2 size small, which has a velcro closure similar to my old belt. One less bottle, but velcro definitely seems to work better for me.

I love this hydration belt! It is the perfect size for 5-10 mile runs. Some other reviewers have complained about bouncing/rubbing; this can be easily managed by pushing the belt down on to your hips. The water bottles are easy to access. The bottles stand up on their own when out of the belt. They are easy to drink out of and there is no bad taste. You don't even have to tilt your head back for about the first half of the water in each bottle because of the design of the bottles, making it easier to keep your eyes on the trail. I can fit my iphone 5s with a small case into the pouch-you just have to push and stretch the pouch a bit and ease the zipper around it. Highly recommend.--Christine
