Not really my type -- just bitter. I've been trying to find the cacao beans i tatest before that still has bit of sweetness. This was not it unfortunately. Otherwise, I guess it's good

Doesnt taste like chocolate, doesn't cook or bake or even melt

These are very good for baking. Or in a hot drink anytime of day. They taste nice and as a chocolate drink with honey to sweeten.

Sinceramente non avevo mai provato le fave di cacao pure. Da subito il sapore mi ha delusa visto il retrogusto amaro che lasciano in bocca….ma poi più le mangiavo più mi piacevano! Per il momento, vedo come consumarle magari in qualche bevanda vegetale o yogurt greco e poi decido se ricomprarle. Comunque il sapore è deciso e molto particolare!

Nice bite to these without being hard or gritty . Good flavour . Love them in greek yogurt with fruit.

Buenos nibs, muy ricos y sanos.

I generally buy the supermarket available cacao nibs Naturya. These are larger than those, crunchier, and seem to taste pretty much the same. The Naturya are baked though, and do smell nicer in the pack. That said, these taste really nice on my breakfast, and raw is supposed to have benefits. Price wise there isn't much in it, I think I will buy these again, unless my local does a special offer on the four quid for 125g ones, these are worth a few pence more than that. My main reason for trying them is to avoid breaking my teeth on lots of hard bits, and so far that has worked great, they have far fewer shells. I don't think I've actually crunched a shell so far, come to think of it.
