Looks exactly like the photo. Makes no ticking sound because the second hand glides around the clock face. Clock face is only illuminated while button is pressed. Once button is released light is out. Perfect. No need for me to grab phone or glasses. Never used the alarm because I’m naturally an early riser and not curious about how it sounds. I may purchase a second one for another part of the house. Really tired of having to pick up phone to check the time when only a glance is needed.

so far so good. Not too loud. easy to use.

After other clocks letting me down I decided to go for something different. The Navaris Analogue Wooden Retro Alarm Clock.My eyesight could be better so I was worried about not being able to see the numbers. I was amazed that out of a small box came a small, neat, very well made clock that was not ugly and the numbers were as big as my previous twice the size of it Goesoffwhenitfeelslikebell. It's been tried and tested and hasn't failed to wake me for work. The increasing alarm volume wakes me gently and now I am not clinging on to the ceiling after my Thunderbell had gone off!Great clock, great value and great service. Can't fault it.
