Very good value, works well and gives the camera a solid grip.Weight of camera obviously increases so out walking with this package can be tiring, but for a day’s landscape shooting or at a heritage steam gala, it’s great to have the increased battery support and solid feel.

Aunque la empuñadura es plástico se siente muy bien, manejable, segura y ligera. Tengo un punto de mejora incluso con la cámara y es que la empuñadura tiene ese parón de switch de diferencia entre enfocar y disparar, algo que mi Sony no tiene, es a tacto por presión. Las baterias no noto diferencia con las originales, muy bien. La única pega que le puedo poner es al vendedor, lo compré por 92€ de "oferta" y al día siguiente bajó unos 15 euros, de esto ya hace casi un mes, probablemente ya haya bajado. En cualquier caso era una buena oferta ya que en Aliexpress valía 30€ la empupadura más 20/30 cada batería, llegando obviamente un mes después de compra, esto fue con prime en versión de prueba gratuita y llegó en un día. Puedo decir que estoy contento y lo recomiendo, a parte del uso bueno que se le puede dar y mejorar en ergonomía le da un look muy profesional que las cámaras mirrorless están perdiendo al reducir el tamaño de estas.

The packaging and build quality are good for this price point. All buttons function as expected.Lots of great features and batteries have more juice than the originals.Will provide more updates in a few months once I have put this Camera grip to good use.

Perfetto in tutto (per ora),... presa eccezionale,... buoni i tasti e le ghiere... batterie come le originali e che possono essere sostituite anche senza togliere la fotocamerà dal cavalletto (peccato per la levetta in plastica con cui si sblocca/blocca il relativo sportellino che sembra molto fragile)Consiglio questo grip a tutti ;)

If you are reading reviews to see if this is worth buying you can stop right here. It is absolutely worth the price you pay. That said there are a few things to consider. Its not an OEM grip and thus it isn't OEM quality (or price). For 1/3 the cost of OEM you get 100% of the functionality but not fit and finish. I returned the OEM grip because it just wasn't worth the money to me. If the OEM version were half its cost, I would definitely pick it over this one though.The main issue is the overall finish. The rubber pieces are slightly off, meaning they don't really match the camera. The plastic doesn't match either. The color is off and it has a very cheep “plasticy” feel. The parts don't feel nearly as secure as on the OEM model. The buttons are “clickey” in a (bad way) and loud. The rubber doesn't appear to be glued very well and the battery contacts feel like they have too much give. Like the springs aren't strong I mean. The actual battery tray is so thin and flimsy that I think I’ll just leave the two batteries in there so I don’t risk braking it taking them in and out. I will say though that the tray on the OEM wasn't much better. The leaver for the battery tray on this one is VERY week though. I cant imagine it standing up to constant use like the OEM if you arent very careful. Lastly, the compartment on the grip that holds the camera battery door is off by a couple millimeters. The door fits in for storage but its not held in place like on the OEM.So I’m sure by now you get it, its cheaply made. They cant make money on these building them to OEM spec and selling them at 1/3 the price with 2 batteries basically included for free. The thing is as cheep as this grip feels it still works. All the buttons function like they should, it fits on the camera the right way and the batteries show up in the viewfinder with no error (my camera is running the latest firmware). Both batteries charge in the grip via USB. I’m not sure how they compare to OEM batteries and I will probably never find out. I have never gone through two batteries in a shoot so I don't imagine I will with these either. They don't feel solid like OEM or some other third party brands I’ve used but they seem to work fine.One last thought that I really didn't consider with the battery grip and this applies to any grip including OEM. The grip makes the camera 100 times better to hold and of course extends the battery life but it also makes the camera much bigger. Seems like a no brainer but I didn't realize how much bigger. None of my Billingham bags fit the camera comfortably. My largest is a Hadley One Pro and the camera with grip barely fits in the half sleeve. Its very tight even in the full length insert. When I use the grip I have to switch to one of my Lowepro or Peak design bags. With the grip any size or weight advantage my A7III had over my Cannon rigs is gone. Again it seems obvious but I didn't realize the extent of the size difference. If you are just looking for a place to put your pinky you might be better off with just a finger extension.Anyway thats it in a nutshell. I think the grip is worth every penny but its mostly because the OEM isn't (even though its made MUCH better).
