I can't live without it anymore. Honestly, it was one of the best purchases I had.I have never had one of those before, so I don't know if it's the best, but for me, it has been working wonders. I have two cats, medium and small, and it has been lasting for a little less than two weeks before filling the trash storage.- It comes really well protected;- it has a mat to prevent litter everywhere;- it also comes with a unit of 15 litter bags;- the manual with instructions is simple with clear pictures of how to install it;- works well with Smart Life app;- it's silent enough.Other than that I loved that it provides the weight of the cats, I have not figured out if is possible to name them, but based on the weight I know who's been using it.I've seen people complaining about losing clean litter sand, but honestly, I think it is impossible if you respect the max level of litter, it has an amazing container and the clean sand goes directly on it, obviously it works better to use a good littler that absorbs the lumps well and fast.

Até agora, com cerca de 2 semanas de utilização, está a cumprir muito bem a função.

Looks good. I really like the design. Big enough for my cat. Easy to set up using the app. So far the app is in good shape. Very quiet, no odor and well made. It makes cleaning out the litter so much easier!

Purtroppo, pur avendo letto alcune recensioni negative, ho acquistato la lettiera.Devo dire che tutti i commenti negativi sono veritieri e non esagerati. Dopo il primo utilizzo, il soffitto della lettiera era già tutto sporco e non entrerò nei dettagli per rispetto di chi legge. Se il vostro gatto, anche solo una volta, avesse un disturbo intestinale, la volta interna della lettiera si sporcherebbe tutta e non esiste un sistema di pulitura automatico. Quindi, o pulisci tutti i giorni la lettiera o il tuo gatto si rifiuterà di entrarci.Questo fa capire che la lettiera è inutile visto che non rende un servizio al padrone del gatto, ma anzi, crea un problema. Anche il sistema antiodore sembra inutile, visto che gli odori si sentono, eccome.Devo dare per forza una stella, altrimenti metterei 0.

I bought this in November but didn’t use it until Christmas. I have been having issues and now it doesn’t turn at all. How can get a return or replacement or help getting it fixed .
