I got a damaged or already opened box. It was then just wrapped in a plastic bag to contain the capsules. Haven’t yet counted if some of the capsules have been used too… Don’t think I will use them as I don’t know who has handled the capsules and how. Would not recommend as the quality of the service seems very poor (now also looking at the old reviews I should have realised…) and there is no return option.
