This unit was never able to make drinks correctly because the steamed milk requires the user to push on the plastic container in order to work properly. Additionally, the nespresso cartridges occasioanlly get crushed the wrong way . I think I may have received a poorly manufactured machine, and I would like to try this same model again. But I was not able to get anyone from Amazon or from DeLonghi to respond, so that I can exchange this unit :(

Heb het zojuist ontvangen. Mooi apparaat, koffie is heerlijk. Ik heb de instructie goed gevolgd en tot nu toe ben ik tevreden, hopelijk blijft het zo.

Handig dat hij alle melk opmaakt, fijn ook dat de capsules van het water gescheiden worden en melk kunnen bijvullen via de bovenkant van het melkreservoir. We kunnen al onze favo drankjes maken. Zijn helemaal fan.

Makes a very nice coffee, bought as a replacement for our older Lattissima touch. Looks nice and sleek and performs very well, only disappointment is the size of the milk container, other than that it's a great purchase for the price.

Cappuccino steamer not working after a few months. Cheap Maschine.Update: Do NOT buy from this seller!!!! Very bad experience. Seller is not responsive at all. He offered repair of the Maschine and wanted to charge me 450 AED even though it’s still under warranty. When requested the invoice, he didn’t respond anymore so I had to reach out Amazon to sort out the issue.
