It holds powerbanks of all sizes. From 10000mah to 25000mah. It gives some good mounting options with hot shoe that could be used for mounting a powerbank underneath rs4 pro's tilt bracket. The wheel that tightens the hot shoe when to tight is hard to untighten. If not to tight it may fall off. The big dissapointment for my intended use scenario is that this particular item cannot be mounted on the top of a small rig mamba cage as the holes dont match. I dont know about niceyrig camera cages...but have this in mind if you re gonna use it with smallrig

Excellent mounting accessory for so many things, including power banks. Very well made with a totally solid build offering many different mounting possibilities. The price speaks for its self, excellent value.
