Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste

Nach vielen im Supermarkt gekauften Vanilleschoten hab ich mich durchgerungen dieses Produkt zu kaufen, da es ja immerhin auf den ersten Blick teurer wirkt. Bei Gebrauch stellt man jedoch schnell fest, dass es bei weitem ergiebiger ist, als wenn ich für den selben Preis Vanilleschoten kaufen würde, da es endlich einen klaren Vanillegeschmack an die Speisen brachte, was ich von den Supermarktschoten leider nicht behaupten kann. Backen und Süßspeisen zubereiten ohne das Produkt für mich ganz klar nicht mehr vorstellbar.

Prodotto giunto con 5 giorni di anticipo sul previsto, si tratta della "Madagascar Bourbon" e non come segnalato da qualcuno della "Pure vanilla", quindi conforme a quanto descritto. Ricchissima di semi, aroma molto forte. Consistenza come una melassa, contiene zucchero ed addensanti naturali ma non alcool. A questo prezzo sicuramente molto più conveniente delle bacche intere, sufficiente una piccola quantità. Come con tutti gli aromi, se si esagera nell'uso il sapore diventa pungente e forse un po' plastico, ma solo a dosi davvero eccessive. I "puristi" utilizzino le bacche, per tutti gli altri amanti della cucina è a mio avviso un ottimo prodotto ed un ottimo compromesso tra prezzo e risultato ottenibile.

The smell is incredible. I bake a lot and I am a heavy handed vanilla user so I was iffy about buying on here but it’s fantastic, more like a molasses type consistency, the smell/taste just improves everything I bake. I have always bought real vanilla but this is definitely a step up in quality. I feel like I’m going through it very fast I barely have half left so the cost is high if you use as often as me. -But worth it!
