Great lamp for my work table for model making. Good quality material, well adjustable. The light is dimmable, not stepless, but in 4 fixed steps.

I bought this lamp after I saw it recommended in a Youtube video for miniature painting as a hobby lamp. After using it I found a bit small, the light was a too weak for me. The light colour and brightness operation is done with one button. I found it very confusing to get it to mex brightness before it went over max and back down. Unfortunately I couldn't return it after my period ended so I sold it. Eventually I bought the Velleman VTTLAMP17 this lamp is easy to use and very bright.

If you buy this, I recommend putting something between the table surface and the lamp's contact points (like a sheet of paper or textile) to avoid damaging your table. The grip on in has to be pretty strong because the lamp is quite heavy. The light is strong and white, I use it for painting 3d prints and it is perfect for it. Got what I wanted, absolutely worth it.Update after 2 years of daily use: I have bought this lamp back in 2022, it has been almost 2 years and I love it. (Except for the color, I regret my choice ever since, its the ugliest green that exists on the color spectrum) The quality is the same as the day I opened the box.I have used it for doing nails, painting minis, doing crosstitch, sewing, drawing. It has become an everyday tool in my life that I would hate to give up at this point.The light quality and strength is excellent for any kind of hobby work, it is pure white so it doesn't distort colors at all - especially important for minipainting. The long lamp head provides a wide angle so it is easy to avoid shadows dropping over your work area.It is super easy to just grab it and adjust the angle to your liking, it has basically unrestricted movement thanks to the 2 rotating points.I love that it has 4 strength levels, (yes, clicking through 4 times is annoying sometimes to turn it off, and I skip over it all the time so I need to take an extra round, but that's about all the negatives) and to this day it is one of the best purchases I ever made.If you are looking for a lamp for your hobby-occupations, this is it.
