The blade does the trick well for my Ninja blender, I really just wanted it for smoothies as my old one seems to have been misplaced. As far as I can tell it looks like close to the same quality of the original one and for me it did not leak. I did not try it with ice but it does state that you should not use with dry ingredients. It's nice to be able to find replacement parts like this so easily on amazon.

Works just as good as the original parts do. Fit great with the jars and seals tightly to prevent leaks. Blades make quick work of just about anything you put in with 'em. Ideal for smoothies, and it's nice to have extra so i can wash one and use one.
