Used this to replace the printhead on our GK420D thermal printer that was going out and this makes the printer print like new again. The print quality actually looks a tad sharper now. Easy to install, just look up on Youtube, took less than a minute to swap out.

My Zebra printer works as well as, if not better than, it did when it was new. This print head part was a much better price than a Zebra part, no need pay more for the same thing.

One of our print heads stopped working and was going to replace the whole unit when I thought I would see if we can get a new head and WOW saved us over £200 by replacing this simple part 🙏
