Nice for mounting stuff. I will give 4 stars, because the Arri locating pins should be moved lower, on the left side of the cage. A side handle with these locating pins cannot be used now.

Veste alla perfezione su gh5 e offre un sacco di possibilità se si devono agganciare accessori alla propria camera, l’ho preso in combo con la maniglia sempre smallrig con attacco arri e l’accoppiata per me è vincente! Leggero, pratico e resistente. Oltretutto con 3 punti di ancoraggio la camera non renderà a ruotare sull’asse delle x (cosa che mi succedeva sul altri cage) Smallrig è una garanzia e lo consiglio vivamente

When I first saw camera rigs I wasn't convinced as to why you would need one. Extra weight, a bit more size and more expense.After reading a few articles I thought I'd give the SmallRig version a try. After a few weeks I don't know what I'd do without it. The ability to attach peripheral devices such as handles, monitors and panel lights and position them exactly how you want is a godsend.The rig is well built and allows access to all ports, battery and memory card slots. The only slight criticisms are that it is difficult to turn off the camera, the remote socket is slightly restricted for angled plugs (specifically for the cable supplied with the Zhiyun Crane Plus)and the extra height can cause interference with the back of certain gimbals with my GH5 but these are minor issues that can be worked around.My biggest issue is that I can't stop buying additional SmallRig accessories to add to the setup!

Im pretty much satisfied with a smallrig anything nefore I even buy it...which probably isnt fair. But their products are always well thought out, high quality, well built and affordable!My GH4 doesnt quite perfectly fit but Im upgrading to the GH5ii soon so it doesnt matter. It has NATO rail attachment on left only and ergonomically wraps around on the right. Feels perfect when I use a side handle mounted on the left.It is aluminum and light and seems to have mounting points for anything you want to attach.

Für alle Besitzer von Pana G9,passt Käfig gut mit zwei Anpassungen.Karten-Schacht-Klappe kann man nicht ganz offen,habe einfach ein wenig von Schräge abgeschliffen und wieder lackiert.Sieht super aus und hat nichts von Festigkeit und Funktionslität verloren.Befestigung Kamera oben am Käfig passt nicht,aber SmallRig hat es noch eine Loch mit Gewinde(2,5 mm) etwas höher gebohrt auf beide Seite und mit etwas Geschick kann man Kamera seitig festschrauben.Genial von SmalRig.Akku-Schacht-Klappe passt prima.Zugang auf Taste für Einstellung,Display zu ablesen und Auslese Knopf ist frei.Von Qualität und Festigkeit sollte man nicht in Verdacht bei SmallRig Käfig kommen.Erstklassige Ware,aus dieser Grund habe ich dieses Käfig gekauft,Obwohl wusste daß für G9 nicht empfohlen wurde.Neewer und SmallRig sind einfach Klasse für sich,bei denen Preis/Leistung immer stimmt.

Nice cage with plenty of room for attatcments and still keeping all the ports accessible. Only minor is the fact that its a bit harder to turn of the camera, since it protects the switch. Still more than doable, and is only a minor inconvenience.
