Initially, the spray showed up quite well and I even did a test with water but still, some spots of the water remained and absorbed into the fabric, I did not give this much importance I just thought that needed more. After a while, I sprayed all my stuff including the jacket and the effect was terrible! at first, just remained drops of water but then things quickly became as wet as before.It’s a waste of time and money.

Indded will make your jacket waterproof again, but it also leaves uneven, mottled coloration on my jacket. now it looks like I'm wearing a jacket that has dried sweat on it.

I washed and sprayed a BMW Goretex laminated suit. Waterproofness did not improve. Rain still penetrates the DWR easily and leaks through on elbows.

produit conforme a mes attentes juste les instructions écrite en allemand mais bon c'est pas sorcier pour pulvériser sur un vêtement qu'on viens de laver encore humide et ensuite une petite couche le vêtement presque sec, avec une bouteille on fait la tenu complete de ski sans aucun soucis

Conviene comprare questo prodotto perché è in flacone da mezzo litro.Usato su: shell Goretex de La sportiva (storm fighter 2.0 gtx my 2016), su un paio di pantaloni sempre La Sportiva da scialp (chalten pant) che uso per il ghiaccio e su una giacca brugi pailata dentro che in origine aveva un trattamento idrorepellente.Seguendo tutte le istruzioni il guscio in goretex è tornato ad un 80/90% della sua impermeabilità. l'ho usato 6 volte da quando l'ho trattato, in una di queste mi sono beccato una tormenta di neve e sono rimasto asciutto, quindi test passato.Il pantalone che ha la tecnologia ectoshell (non goretex) ha visto ripristinata parzialmente la sua idrorepellenza, meglio di prima ma non come il guscio.La giacca brugi, probabilmente ora tiene l'acqua meglio di quando l'avevo comprata.Per quanto riguarda la durata del trattamento, ho notato che il guscio dopo 6 utilizzi intensi (giornate intere di ghiaccio/misto e sfregamenti continui) ha perso già un po' della sua impermeabilità. Probabilmente a 15 uscite dovrò ritrattarlo. comunque prodotto consigliato

I use this on my textile motorbike jacket & trousers. I Completely soak item with water & lay it flat. spray on product, rub it in & leave for 5 mins. Turn item over & repeat. If you tumble dry or use a warm hairdryer to dry it off it’ll put the wax into the fibres & give a much better result.I repeat the whole process twice.If you take your time & do it right it works extremely well.
