I was doubtful in the beginning, but after running several different cooks on it, I can say it definitely changes your BBQ Experience.

This product is lighter than I expected but seems well-made and durable. I use it for indoor grilling on my kitchen countertop in an urban apartment with no balcony, and it’s perfect even for novice cooks. It comes with a temperature probe and an app that allows you to select the type of meat, temperature, times, and mode. The app guides you step-by-step through the process, telling you when to place the meat in, when to turn it, and when it’s done based on your preferred level of doneness. I’ve found the accuracy of the doneness (e.g., “medium-rare”) spot on!So far, I’ve only tried the grill function with the smoker on, and it’s been great. I’ll update my review once I’ve tried the air frying, roasting, baking, drying, and reheating functions. One thing to note: when using the smoker, you do need to air out your home for a while afterward. However, the smoker pellets stop burning as soon as cooking ends, so it’s not the pellets that keep the smell lingering.
