Only used it twice so far. It's as good as the smaller version, just way bigger! Internal dimensions, 44cm x 28.5cmCleans easily, and water beads off it like a ducks back... A good addition to the standard ribbed grill that comes with XL Woodfire, allowing you to do all manner of things, or to put your own internal dish on perhaps. (I do this but put foil under the dish as an extra layer of protection from potential scratches.)TIP: Do not use ANY metal utensils to cook with on this plate, it will scratch through the layer of whatever it is on there easily. Silicon tongs, plastic or wooden spatulas are recommended. A few pictures added, as we all love to see alternate views.
