This product was bought as a replacement radiator for a manul transmission 2009 BMW 328I. I am no qualified expert but I do just about all of the maintenance on my four BMW vehicles, including swapping out radiators on other models. This radiator covers multiple configurations of vehicles both manual and automatic transmissions with and without supplementatry transmission cooler. As supplied it arrives configured for an automatic transmission. So the long configuration plug in the drivers side of the radiator needs to be removed and replaced with the supplied short one. The instructions on how to do this are incomplete and badly written. But for the benefit of others, the plug is removed by a quarter turn to the left and then prising it out with a flatbade screwdriver. The short plug O ring was lubricated and inserted. A quarter turn to tthe right locks it in place. The plug is plastic with 20mm hex socket required to turn it the quarter turn. After installation the radiator was filled to 50% and checked for leaks at the plug(s) A slow drip was observed form the drivers side plug location. The radiator was drained and leaking plug pulled and O ring inspected. It looked OK, but having just leaked it was swapped for another of the supplied rings. This was lubricated with coolant and the plug re-inseted. The radaitor was refilled 50% and immediately started a slow steady drip from the short plug location. That was enough for me! Out the radiator came, in the box and back to the manufacturer.

I went on to install this radiator and it's leaking at one end. I have also missed the return window so I'm not sure what to do now. I tried replacing this drain plug but it seems to be stuck for some reason. Just keeps spinning and doesn't screw out. I'm so gutted. Can the seller please get in touch with me and offer a solution?
