This sand bath is the perfect size for my robo dwarf hamster (it might be a bit small for a Syrian ham). I love that it is well made; it is one solid piece of acrylic so cleaning is easy. My only complaint is that it’s a bit expensive for what is, however the space saved in the cage from the corner design is worth it!

They should update their product photos, since the potty / sand bath is actually one solid piece, instead of several different pieces of plexiglass glued together. It looks like acrylic and is decently thick, heavy, and all the edges are nice and smooth. No sharp edges. It's a tad expensive for what it is, wish it was maybe $5 less.Side note: the box it comes in is the perfect size for storing those extra empty toilet paper tubes.Update: It's still great, but after my hamster has used it for a while, it's developed a distinct smell. This is both good and bad. Good in that it encourages her to use it to pee in (mission success there!), but bad in that you're never going to get that smell out. Maybe with an enzyme cleaner? The only way this could be better is if it was made of glass. The acrylic has scratches on the bottom already, and glass would prevent that. Plus it wouldn't absorb smells the way acrylic does. It'd be a snap to clean completely with just hot water.2nd update: The smell continues to grow worse, even though I'm changing her litter whenever it starts getting stinky. And even though I'm soaking it in hot water with white vinegar. I've tried using multiple different kinds of litter as well. Hamster pee is very stinky. Niteangel, please, please make a glass version of this!

Gute Qualität bzw. Verarbeitung aber für Kunststoff war es mir dann doch zu teuer.

We got this for our Syrian hamster, and he loves it. It’s the perfect size for him.

Great to put at the corner of the cage. Really great. My hamster does dig the sand out of the box a lot, but that's not the box's issue lol
