The Boys were trained to use these as puppies. The short haired version hates the cold, anything less than 20c is Winter. They both use the garden but they use mats overnight, in an emergency, if it is too cold for Pedro to use the garden, they soak up well and save accidents. We used these when they arrived together as pups and okay, when they were little, we changed the mats frequently but theses mats worked really well then, six years on we still use them and I am happy to recommend them.
