Bisher finde ich die Auflage nach 4 Monaten immer noch super praktisch. Polsterung ist angenehm für die Unterarme.

This armrest is close but not quite right let me start with what I liked. First it was really easy to put together. It came with the tools needed as well as plenty of screws. It was easy to clamp onto the desk and it was really simple to lower. The armrest itself was squishy and pretty comfortable to put my arms on. It also felt really stable and didn’t wobble around at all.Now for the not-so-great part - I felt like it was probably ergonomically correct, but I could not seem to get comfortable when using it. When I lowered the armrest it blocked my knees and I wasn't able to slide under my desk easily. I'm a pretty normal sized person, but there's no way that I would have been able to use this on a regular basis. It lasted about 20 minutes on my desk before it was just too much for me to bear and I had to remove it.This armrest would probably work well if you were using a standing desk and never sat at all. I happen to raise and lower my desk a couple of times a day and it just doesn't fit my work style.

This should not be confused with a slide-out keyboard drawer. It folds down rather than slides into the desk, and is meant to support your elbows and forearms rather than to hold a keyboard and mouse. On the plus side, it's very solidly constructed, with comfortable padding for arm rests. It allows you to sit back with feet flat on the floor, while you type comfortably. You'll need a wrist rest as well to make things work properly. The clamps are four inches deep, longer than most products, which may help install on some desks. They're also detachable so you could easily replace them if they don't fit.One issue for some users is when you fold the extender down, you can't sit naturally at the desk, because the extender would hit your knees. That's not an issue for me, I only use my computer desk for the computer, but it could matter if you want to hand write or do other desk work.A curious feature is the tiny screws used to attach the extender to its brackets. They seem strong enough, but normal-sized screws would be easier to put in, and would seem to be more secure.

My wife got a new job that requires her to work from home. She went through a training about body mechanics, and we discovered we've been sitting at desks all wrong. Long story short, the arm rests on office chairs were not in the correct position to reduce fatigue (elbows should be 90 degrees), so we needed an attachment to the desk. This item was the perfect product. Once installed, it's great and comfort. The ability for it to fold down keeps things tight and neat, an added benefit. This review will focus more on the installation aspect. It does come with a manual but there were times the manual was more confusing than just showing a picture of what it's supposed to look like. Step 2 for example (pic attached), is too close so we're not able to determine the configuration of the pad. I uploaded a pic showing how the clamps should be attached. Some might say it's common sense, but we can't assume it's the case for everyone. The provided screw driver being magnetized was a nice touch because the screws are small. Here's another point of confusion: we're not told which screw to use (it comes with black and white screws). Use the black ones. Another point of confusion is that you'll have 2 black ones left over (extras perhaps), and all white ones will be unused. The manual doesn't specify what those screws are used for. When screwing to tighten the clamps onto the desk, make sure that the bolt is straight or the pad will tilt. If it does, just untighten, then straighten the bolt. Because the part of the clamp that presses against the desk can pivot, if you overtighten and then tried to loosen the clamp, it might feel like it's not loosening. Just keep going (righty tight, lefty loosey).I'm going into detail in case someone encounters the same things I did. You might not, so don't let all that was described scare you. Once you're past this installation (which is pretty simple), you're gonna love it. Remember, it's just to rest your elbows, don't use it to prop yourself out of your chair (no product with only 2 points of contact at a 90-degree angle can withstand that force).

Finger weg.....
