We bought one on these when we lived in France over 40 years ago. It was still as sharp as the day we got it, but the wooden handle was starting to show it's age.This knife has 2 blades so works for left and right handed people.Once postage is added, Amazon is cheaper than the manufacturer's web site. It arrived in 48 hours.
