Best shaker I’ve had. The design keeps it pretty clean compared to others that I have tried. Easy to wipe it clean. Fits perfectly for my 54mm portfilter. I would recommend this shaker.

It does its job. I think it can be a good replacement for a WDT, but it does have a few small issues. For example, quite a bit of coffee sticks to the inner walls maybe around 4 grams. However, I found a trick to avoid this: before using it, you can coat the inside with some ground coffee so that when you add the freshly ground coffee you’ll actually brew with, it won’t stick as much (or at all).Another tip is to hold the cup firmly but without applying too much pressure, because it could open up and cause the coffee to fly out.Other than that, it’s a decent product.Just remember: shake it gently, not too hard and not for too long!

If you thought WDT was the solution to your uneven extractions, you were wrong! The blind shaker is the WAY TO GO!I went from WDT and a moderate amount of channeling with my Breville Bambino to professional level extraction in an instant. Had to coarsen the grounds because of how evenly they tamped, leaving less room for the water to push through.Made sour/bitter coffee taste velvety and sweet!Value is worth every penny! Easy to use, easy to clean! Built like a TANK! Black, matte, what more do you want for your espresso bar?!?

This was a huge disappointment. I believed all of the hype about more even extractions, a more streamlined process, and an overall better espresso result -- but the hype did not match my experience here. More often than not, this produced the same result I got with the normcore WDT tool, just with far more mess and a finicky product that had to be fussed over to make sure it was not getting grounds everywhere on my counter, floor, etc. The magnets were not strong enough to feel secure on my portafilter, and the pieces don't fit together well enough to make you feel confident that you won't get grounds everywhere. I would only recommend this product for those who like to take their sweet time in their morning coffee routine. For those whose every day routine mimics an ASMR espresso workflow youtube video, complete with calming music and brooding filters. If you make more than one latte at a time (I make one for my wife and myself) than I would just avoid this altogether. It will not only slow you down, but worse, it will give you more things to clean after you've finished with your routine. 0/10.

I like how simple this dosing cup is -- just collect the grinded coffee grounds, close it, shake it around, and then empty it into the portafilter. It does a really good job at breaking up the chunks and ensuring that the grounds are distributed evenly.
