I am using this on an e61 Rocket machine and its wonderful.The finish of the chromed parts is perfect, with no imperfections at all.I am using it as a bottomless PF to check on the extraction but its great that you can just clip the spouts onto it when needed. Also when removed it gives loads more clearance to fit larger mugs under!The quality of the included basket is also very good and i am using it over my VST basket!The handle is threaded and can be swapped out if you prefer a wooden handle. The weight of the handle does sometimes make it a pain to balance into my single dose grinder but so far it has not dropped out. I may swap the handle out at a later date.

Ich habe gedacht den Boden kann man durch Magnete anbringen und abnehmen. Leider hat sich herausgestellt, dass hier eine Art Gummiabdichtung für das Halten des Bodens vorgesehen ist. Dies ist leider sehr knifflig anzubringen.Warum kaufe ich mir diesen Siebträger? Um aufgrund des abnehmbaren Bodens eine kürzere Aufheizzeit des Korbes zu erreichen. (Weniger Metall) Was ist das Problem? Wenn ich dann den Boden auf den heißen Siebtrager kurz vor dem Espressobezug setzen will ist das einfach zu fummelig und funktioniert nicht bzw. verbrenne mir die Finger.Für mich eine Fehlkonstruktion.

This Normcore 3-in-1 Bottomless/Double/Single Spout Portafilter is almost perfect. By far it's the best Normcore portafilter I've tried. I was very critical of their double spouted portafilter because the spout isn't removable or adjustable (also makes it very difficult to clean). But where that one failed, this one shines.It's super easy to remove the spout and clean it. Instead of having to hope you're cleaning the spouts effectively enough or having to use a straw brush, the spouts are threaded and easily removable for cleaning. Huge win!Additionally, switching between single, double spouted, or bottomless is a breeze. Just pop off the bottom piece or unscrew the spouts and you're all set. It's really a quick and easy process.I'm not a huge fan of Normcore's baskets, so I would recommend just tossing the one it comes with and getting a precision basket (or just using it as an emergency backup if you hate throwing things out like me).The only downside of this portafilter is that it doesn't hold the ridged baskets I use super securely. I'd say probably about 25% of the time that I'm knocking out a puck I lose the basket with the puck. Not a big deal if you have a knock box--a little irritating maybe--but a huge bummer if you knock your pucks directly into the garbage like I used to. Not fun throwing the baby out with the bath water.I'm now a lot more careful when knocking out pucks and focus on hitting in the middle of the basket instead of on the sides where it can loosen it. Maybe a replacement spring or a different filter basket would work better (though I still refuse to use Normcore's baskets). Nonetheless, it's still so close to being perfect and so much better than their previous double spouted iteration that I have to give it 5 stars. Incredibly versatile, easy to clean, and a good value to boot. Get this one!

I have a middle-of-the-road espresso maker and I always make double shots so this converting double spout seemed like a good idea to try. It's nice but, honestly, I just don't understand the high price.
