Really good multivitamin for active folks needing the massive amount of vitamin B(12). Also includes, tribulus, selenium, maca and vitamin K. These are things are rarely present in other men's multivitamins. Other reviewers commented on the pills coming broken in the bottle, I did not experience this. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the price, too high for just a 30 day supply. Another great option is the Life Force multi which is a 45 supply for about the same price. That product also has a great list of ingredients and also provides B12 as methylcobalamin. Either choice is good and they both really stand out among the others for having a broad ingredient list.

I just started taking this vitamin. I used to take orange triad multivitamin but I began to suspect that my absorption of hard pills isn't ideal. I did some research and found these. Plenty of good things in there and it's a gel. Upon taking I noticed the usual thing with multivitamins-- urine is pretty bright yellow... which is normal. However, I did notice it seems to last longer with these. Throughout the whole day until around dinner time and I take the pills around 7am. I suspect it is the absorption that is better with soft gels and that's why the effect lasts longer. Also I only take 2 vitamins instead of the directed 3.Honestly, I can say I feel better lately. Is it just this pill? I think it's more likely a combination of working out/ eating healthier/ these pills. I haven't had any burp or digestive issues at all-- quite the contrary actually.And I had no leaking pills in the bottle. Came perfect.

What's with availability of Now supplements? We're 4 years past the pandemic supply chain issues but Now still seems to be having serious problems. I bought this as a substitute for the never in stock Eco Green Multi but it's way more expensive and a poor option. I may have to give up on Now if they can't keep basic products in stock.

my go to brand. i can never tell if supplements are usually working but i definitely feel it with this one
