Everyone is different, so what I describe as a lot of leaking you may think otherwise. Having said that, these are comfortable and individually packaged. This is a one use product, so not great from that respect but certainly a discrete part of an outfit work but a lactating partner.The pads are contoured with a small pleat on one side. That is the side that should be on the upper part of the breast so that nothing can leak through this pleat if it is at the bottom. These are also sticker backed so stay put in the bra.There are many options on the market for this type of product. But at time of review this is a box of 150 pads for $13 CDN, which to me is a good deal. If you are a nursing mom these will help maintain your clothes and dignity while out and about. These are great for on the go as they are individually packaged so you always know you are wearing a fresh pad.These are thin enough so they don't show through T-shirts, yours might be different based on the material of your shirt. Die besten und preiswertesten bis jetzt. Leider entsteht viel Müll, weil jede Einlage natürlich extra verpackt ist... ist aber nicht vermeidbar.

These are very good and they are butterfly shaped which I find so much better when moving unclipping and clipping your bra with it stating in place so you don't leak everywhere.

These truly are the thinnest breast pads I have seen. They come individually wrapped and folded. The pads can be molded slightly and stuck to your bra to prevent them moving. I would recommend the part that can cross over slightly be placed facing upwards and the pad be placed a bit lower on your breast to give it the best chance of absorbing fluid before it can leak.I decided to test these using water to see how much they would absorb. I started using a small amount of water then continued to add more until the pad felt quite heavy and the water ran off a bit before it absorbed. The water absorbed very quickly until saturated. Even fully saturated as the photos show, I could feel no moisture against my skin - a good feature to help prevent skin irritation. No moisture came through the back, so clothing would not get wet either. In total, the pad absorbed 3 oz (8.4 g) of fluid and held it well. As you can see in the photos, the pad went from very thin to about 3/4" thick when filled with water.The pad was comfortable against my skin and I think lives up to the description in the listing photos. The price is reasonable and I would recommend these to any nursing mother.
