The keyboard might be decent, but I strongly advise against buying from this manufacturer. They shipped my order to the wrong address in a completely different city, despite me providing the correct address and even confirming it via email.NuPhy’s customer service refused to take responsibility or offer a proper solution. Their communication is slow, dismissive, and unprofessional.I’ve returned the product and won’t be supporting this company again. If you care about reliable service and accountability, stay away.

On wireless mode, the keyboard kept doing crazy things like typing the same key multiple times that I only hit once, and also typed wrong characters too. I reached out to their technical support team many times, they were very slow to reply and offered a few solutions. None of them worked for me, so I kept asking for any other idea that could fix the issue and asked for a phone number to call (since their customer service was taking forever in general). After that, they just ghosted me, which left me hanging and begging for help with 4 answered emails from different days. After all of that, I decided to go wire mode (which defeats the purpose of buying a wireless keyboard for me), but I was really trying to make this work. But suddenly, the keyboard started typing the wrong keys all over and I ended up unplugging everything and using my MacBook as it is. Too bad that Amazon doesn't allow me to send a 0-star review. I'm now returning the product and I will never buy anything else from this brand again. Their customer service has a long way to go.

Die Tastatur hat Aussetzer beim Schreiben bzw. reagiert nicht zuverlässig. Sie wurde reklamiert und eingeschickt. Zurück kam die Tastatur unvollständig und die Caps lagen lose im Paket herum. Eine weitere Reklamation wird nicht akzeptiert und auch eine kulante und kundenfreundliche Lösung wird hier nicht angestrebt. Der fehlende USB Adapter wurde angeblich nachgeliefert, dieser kam aber per Paketdienst nicht an und es wurden keine Bemühungen unternommen, hier dem Kunden etwas anzubieten. Super schlechter Service - keine Empfehlung
