Bought this for our hikes and water sport adventures. They feel sturdy and we like the size, works well for bigger hands too. Comes with a nice carry case that's great for travelers.

These work exactly as advertised and have a nice field of view.We take them on trips and use in the back yard for the birds. They are compact enough to fit in the glove box or in a day pack.We both wear prescription glasses, my husband's glasses are flatter shaped and he has no issues using both eyes, me on the other hand have arched glasses and find it challenging to get them against my glasses to focus do end up using the right side as a monocular. The molded case is handy, it has a wrist lanyard and belt loop. This has1/4" female threaded inserts to attach on a tripod. The only thing it does have is a strung for the protective lense cover, but I just used string I had do I don't lose them.Overall I'm pleased with them and find them to be good quality.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

I'd never used this prism style of binoculars before, so this was a new experience. I liked their compact size this style provides, and the light weight, and I found them very easy to adjust for both eye spacing and focus, both for the binocular focus and the solo fine-focus for one eye to sharpen the image; rarely do both eyes have exactly the same vision quality, so that feature is a must on any binoculars. They also came with a hard shell zipper case which should protect them well, a very usable neck strap for carrying, and a rubber cover for the eyepiece lenses, although there is no separate cover for the objective lens end of the unit. The magnified image provided was sharp and clear and it helped us a lot with distant objects and with spotting some deer a good ways off in the brush. They seemed moderately good in lower light, although really a pair with a larger objective lens (to take in more of the available light) would be better for that. Still, a decent and solidly built pair of binoculars with very decent lenses for the price.

I have been testing a lot of binoculars and monoculars looking for a great pair. To-date I have not found it. There are some good ones and this one comes close. I have 12 x 25, 12 x 40 and 12 x 65. I have six of them. This one seems to have the better optics. It is nice and clear especially on dark nights looking at stars. That is when you can tell how good they are because of the glare effect from pinpoints of light. This binocular shows Jupiter which is up right now. It also shows three of the four largest moons of Jupiter. That is pretty good for a set of binoculars. The focus knob is well positioned and smooth to use. That makes it very easy to get a good focus. The right eye adjustment works well to balance out the view for each individual using it.The issue I have with this unit is the body. Most binoculars are like two monoculars attached to each other and can be bent to bring the eye pieces closer. This one is a solid unit and the two eye pieces can bend a bit to adjust to the eye width. This makes holding the binoculars a little clumsy. In fact, after a while all I want to do is put it down. It may be a little thing, however, it does take away from the enjoyment of viewing for me.To sum up, very nice optics. Not so great casing design.
