Very good and effective bands

My husband uses these on his arms and legs during his workouts and he loves them.

They are decent but when you try to tighten them they twist up so it kinda makes them hard to use. Would of paid a lil extra now to bought thicker banded. Also the label on both are already falling off.

For legs not arms
