They have worked great so far. The first time I didn't have the USB plug in port connected. It takes a bit of pressure to ensure they are connected. They kept my hands warm skiing. The outer packaging design does not match the actual product. At first I thought that I was shipped the wrong pair. The box showed a black pair and I ordered a flower design. Then I read someone else's review commenting on the same thing.

I get cold really easily and though I might have a jacket/sweater, keep my hands warm was a struggle until I got this product! It’s so easy to operate, just push the button and click for the level of heat. The 3rd level is HOT, so just warning! I really love these hand warmers, compact so they can go in a pocket or purse, has a pouch to carry them in and the charger is split in a way it charges both devices. One charge last for multiple uses (depending on how long you use it of course), but to me it’s very worth the money. One downside is when the heat is turned up it has a hot plastic smell, but that doesn’t seem to affect the way the devices work so I’m not concerned.
