I've tested other acoustic foam products and these measure up to the best. The triangle shape lends to creative patterns and breaks from the usual "egg crate" look. The pieces shipped fully uncompressed in a big box, and include circular adhesives that actually stick to both the foam and the wall. I tested removal and the adhesives leave no residue, but their strength can pull on old paint. I had success just rubbing/rolling them off slowly with a fingernail rather than tugging. The foam itself is the perfect density and height for acoustic correction well into the midrange. Not the cheapest option but these are at least legit, proper acoustic foam tiles and it does not take a lot to get improved room acoustics. Note: the instructions say to wash them first, which I found to be an unnecessary step, as they were perfect right out of the box.

Not super high density on this foam, but pretty average for the kind of acoustic panels you can get readily get on amazon for this price range. These were vacuum packed which is nice because it saves the shipping cost a bit, but like any other time when you order a smaller quantity of foam, you're not going to see a whole lot of the savings passed on to you, the customer. These panels in particular had a quirk I've never seen before. Their instructions say that they recommend you wash the foam before you use them? I've never heard of that. I've definitely heard of and have washed acoustic foam like this before, but their instructions tell you that you should do it before you even mount them. That made me a bit paranoid, so I did as instructed without any real fanfare. If I had to say, it maybe cut down the foam smell a bit. Water was the tiniest bit darker, but otherwise I'm not sure why this is a recommendation.Oh and the adhesive. These do NOT come with a pre-applied adhesive backing. They come with little adhesive dots, which are a double-edged sword. On one hand, the adhesive of these little dots is much stronger than the usual pre-applied stuff, so you're more likely to be able to hang these up on the wall in one go. But on the other hand, if you need to take the foam off the wall or adjust its positioning, you're either going to take paint off your wall or foam off of your panel. The pre-applied stuff is pretty weak in comparison, but at least once it's on there it doesn't have a death-grip. Overall, these dots are maybe better for a more permanent fixture, but you better commit when you put them up.

The Ohuhu Acoustic Foam Panels appear to live up to the soundproofing ability indicated on the product page. These panels are much thicker than some of the panels I've reviewed in the past, and are actually triangular shaped rather than square. My intended use for the Ohuhu Acoustic Foam Panels is for an iso chamber - actually a box on a speaker stand for vocal isolation. I had already covered the inside of the chamber with other, thinner panels and was still getting an echo. After applying these, the echo all but disappeared and the sound level stayed in very low 20 dB range. So these panels are a great choice if you really want to dampen or completely cancel surrounding sound. The Ohuhu Acoustic Foam Panels come as a is pack with adhesive dots included that appear to be very adherent if placing on a wall or flat surface. For my use I chose to use 5/16" staples to secure to my vocal chamber bo project.I find the price point to be a little higher than I would normally pay for acoustic panels and the amount your receive for that price, but they are thicker than most panels I've used so for, and do deaden the sound. I would recommend the Ohuhu Acoustic Foam Panels to others.Four stars

Item arrived quickly, and well packaged. The instructions are easy to understand, and installation is simple. The density, thickness, and the depth of the channels are good. It works well for preventing echo. The price is a little higher than I think it should be for the number of panels received.
