Worked for my worn-out ScanSnap S1300 scanner. Previously, it would not process a stack of paper, I needed to guide each individual page in the scanner.After replacing the parts supplied in this kit, it now works again. Packaging was good, with some alcohol cleaning wipes and printed instructions with a QR code to a Youtube instruction video. That last one was easy to follow.Recommended!

Each page now has to be shoved into the scanner. Product must be really out of spec. Removed and cleaned several times without success. I wish I hadn't thrown out the old parts.

The separation pad in this set is just too sticky. After installing this set, the ScanSnap S1300i will no longer pull paper in. It doesn't matter if I'm putting in one page or multiple pages, I have to stuff them in to get them to scan. In addition, any glossy finished pages will not even go into the scanner with this pad. It fits correctly, but is just too sticky.

I bought this set to save the cost of replacing my s300 scanner. I purchased my scanner in 2002 and really love it. It started taking double sheets of paper so I took a shot at purchasing this set to refurbish it. The cost of these laptop scanners is prohibitively high so for this price I took a shot and bought this set. Really easy to install it only took 2 minutes. My scanner now stopped taking 2 pages at a time and works fine with these parts except for one problem. It now does not feed any pages automatically I must keep a downward force for it to start taking the page. Maybe these kits are old stock. They look authentic and I could not tell the difference from the originals. I am thinking that if they are too old the rubber may not be as pliable as if they were just made. Maybe after a few hundred scans they may start to work normal. Time will tell. I guess I will be in the market soon for a new Fujitsu. It would have been amazing if it would have worked like new but I can’t complain I have the unit for 11 years so I guess I got my moneys worth.

I bought this set because the scanner was pulling multiple pages through, so it didn’t scan all pages. After installing the parts, I also used the cleaning wipes to make sure they were clean from any fingertip oils. I even fanned the pages to be scanned to prevent sticking, but it still pulled multiple pages. Additionally, when it got to the last page for the scanner to pull the last page, it didn’t feed immediately, but eventually did. Will not seek return since not worth it. I’ll have to figure out the problem so the issue will be resolved.
