These come simply packaged in a ziplock style tough plastic bag. Small and ideal for popping in a laptop bag so you always have them on hand.I originally got these as my husband's headset had lost it's little fuzzy cover for over the microphone and it was making a difference to the sound quality when making phone calls during WFH. Basically these are a mini pop shield so reduce fricative sounds that can transmit harshly and ruin audio for the lsitener.My headset never had one so I decided to try one and it fit perfectly. Nobody complained they couldn't hear me over a 12 hour shift of regular use and on listening back to my telephone calls there was no detriment to the sound quality. Not entirely sure there is an improvement but certainly not any negative effects.Slip on really easily and stay put.
