OLVINS M.2 NVME SSD Converteer Adapterkaart Upgrade voor MacBook Air (2013-2017)

All works fine but I have no idea what to do with the screw and bolt (no instructions) so I left it off...

everything working great for mac book air 2013.

adaptor not compatible with MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, eind 2013), also 3 "compatibel" M.2 SSD's tested without result.

Forse a qualcuno può tornare utile questa mia recensione. Io ho un iMac 21.5 late 2013 che montava un hhd da 1T ormai da buttare, senza fusion drive. Il pc stava aperto da giorni sul tavolo avevo messo Ssd al posto dell'hhd e ero indecisa se ordinare un adattatore o chiudere tutto e dimenticarmi del fusion per sempre poi mi sono imbattuta in questo qui della Olvins. Arrivato in meno di un giorno gli ho aggiunto un NVme Samsung 970 evo plus e l'installazione è stata completata facilmente, tutto liscio come l'olio. É stata una bella sorpresa. L'adattatore poi è fatto bene, persino bello da vedere, funziona perfettamente e il nvme non si scalda più di tanto. La velocità ovviamente è limitata a circa 720 in scrittura e 750 in lettura gbt dopo il fusion, ma quello è per causa della scheda del pc che è un modello vecchio credo, nei Mac più recenti penso sia tutto molto più veloce. Ottimo direi, ora speriamo duri nel tempo che non ho proprio voglia di riaprire il Mac 🙂

Don’t be fouled, pay a bit more for quality .So first thing : it mean to be compatible with MacBook Air 2017 it does not pins are to long it not goes all way in to a slot . And screw hole is covered by PCB. Because of that MacBook is not seeing any drive . Tested on multiple devices on none show up . Was on a way to return it and give it a chance as was thinking it might be a no compatible drive bought a one listed in description just lost money as this crap pcb board toasted my brand new nvme drive . Avoid for all cost .
