I bought three of the filters and one did not fit (the first one I tried to install). I called the manufacture, and was transfer to tech support. The gentleman was very helpful, personable, and a pleasure to speak with. It turns out one of the three filters I bought was manufactured slightly different as an anomaly, and the other two fit fine.
