My switch off button on the original remote was kind of stuck so i bought this one and i must say this one great remote.

We recently bought an LG OLED55C14LB TV which is a nice slim set with a fantastic picture, but we were very disappointed with the remote controller that accompanied the set: banana shaped, fiddley, and awkward to use, especially the 'OK' button.So, after a bit of searching, we ordered an All-In-One, URC4911: what a difference. It has ideal proportions, the buttons have a good feel and work reliably, and the controller is well made.It is now a pleasure to use the TV, and there was no setting-up either! It was £20 well spent.Highly recommended.PS: Under 'Product details' the dimensions of the URC4911 are stated as, 19.5 x 4.4 x 2.5 cm, but the actual URC4911 is, 19.5 x 4.4 x 2.0 cm. Also, in one place, the batteries required are stated as, '2 x AA', when, in fact, the URC4911 uses, '2 x AAA' batteries.2025-03-02 update: The buttons on this range of remote controllers tend to jam on, causing the red light to remain on and the controller to be nonfunctional. We have had 3 controllers with this problem. The solution is to locate the jammed button and wriggle it until it releases. Then spray all buttons with a plastic lubricant. GT85 is a good choice. Then spray the keys once a year.

Works from the moment you put the batteries in - highly recommend.
