Easy to assemble and clean. Battery charge is excellent. I charge once a week as a routine so that it never runs out. Very simple process. Water flow is good and it is practically noiseless. It is neat and compact and is the ideal size for one cat use. My cat much prefers a fountain to a water dish. Would highly recommend this product to any cat owner.

Got the replacement filters in and have not had any issues with them. Great product for the price that was paid. Works well with the water fountain we have for our cat. Is easy to install into the water fountain.

Good packaging and product. I only wish this refills were a bit cheaper though, since they should be replaced every week. I try to make mine stretch every two weeks. I'm happy overall and would definitely recommend.

Came well packed with excellent assembly instructions. My cat has become obsessed with water and was standing in her water bowl. The wet feet left a mess everywhere; especially after a trip to the litter box. This fountain provides plenty of water and so far she hasn’t tried to put her paws in the water. It turns on when she walks up to it and shuts off a little bit later. It also can be set to run continuously. It’s very easy to empty the water and replace with fresh water. It comes with two filters and I ordered an extra pack of filters to go along with the fountain.

The kitties are happy with it, though it was a little smaller than I expected. Still, it's nice to not have to deal with the slimy buildup that tends to happen with plastic fountains. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe are a huge plus.
