Great mugs - color and size. But one came broken - i don't want them returned but don't know how to get ahold of the supplier

I ordered these cups a few months ago and two arrived chipped. I reached out to CS and they were really quick in offering up options on how to address (partial refund for the two chipped or full refund if all cups returned). I liked them so much I took the partial and then ordered another set. Unfortunately two arrived chipped from this batch as well (which I took the partial refund again). I've run the mugs a bunch of times through the dishwasher since and nothing has faded or chipped so I think it was just a packaging issue and not the actual mugs themselves. I think they look great and love them in my kitchen! The customer service folks were really easy to work with as well, which makes a huge difference.
