Although my head is usually sized 60-62cm according to various manufacturers the size Medium fits pretty nice. Its not too tight, nor does it fog up my glasses, indoors(16 Celsius) or outdoors(-2 Celsius).Its easy to put on, and the fabric is very soft. The fabric isn't very warm, so for colder temperatures I wear a wool buff over it. Also this size doesn't cover my neck, so the buff is essential.The Multicam pattern is about the same in colour and look as my mechanix multicam gloves or crye products. The only difference is that the lighter brown shade has dark outlines lines to make the shapes sharper I guess(?).I take away one star for the fact it doesn't cover the neck area at all, and at this price point they could have easily added a few inches.
