Parfait pour le sommeil. Très confortable, facile à poser, facile à enlever en suivant les indications, Ne gêne pas, n'irrite pas, couvre tous les petits bruits qui provoque le réveil des sommeils légers. Pour les ronflements je ne suis pas exposé donc voir les autres commentaires.

My wife 'clicks and bangs' when breathing in bed at night. We have tried different positions like lying away from my direction without success. These are superb. I used to have constant communication through my helmet being a Police m/cycle traffic officer, and I used very cheap ear plugs which were not effective.These are very good as they mould around the ear and stay put. I found the silicone requires moulding in the fingers to cause the warmth to make it pliable and fit the entrance to the ear. It fits so well you don't need to touch them at all and they close off all the noise completely. Will recommend them and will buy again. Sensible price too.
