It got punctured in just one use, and I didn't have tape to fix it so I was stuck without a pillow for the rest of the trip.

I keep this in my bag and it's a nice soft fabric that's able to be folded away and transported easily - you could shove this in a pocket quite happily for a flight - what you pay for is pretty much what you get! I've used it on several flights and I haven't had any problems with it deflating so I think it's pretty sturdy. Obviously it's not going to be as comfy as a foam one but it's miles cheaper than getting those ridiculously priced ones at the airport. My two complaints are the fabric does stretch pretty quickly and look a bit odd but it doesn't affect its usage at all - number two is minor, but it's difficult to wear this with over the ear headphones - not a big deal but worth mentioning
